Our sustainable homebuilding service was founded by a group of homebuilding professionals with over 50 years of combined experience in the industry who are focused on delivering an environmentally responsible product. We specialize in net zero attainable homes which utilize efficient building materials, design and technologies to obtain up to 60 to 70 percent less energy use when compared to conventional building methods. Based on recent design audits, the estimated average monthly power bill for our 1,500 square foot home was less than $70.  Our energy efficient approach to homebuilding is complimented by our partnership with other entities with similar sustainable practices such as GE ecomagination.
